Supported by a workforce of 150 to 200 employees across NSW and QLD, Boone & Willard continues to deliver practical and dependable plumbing solutions across construction and maintenance projects. Founded

Fred Boone and Ken Willard establish Boone & Willard Plumbing, providing hydraulic services to the housing industry and low-density developments.

1976

Ownership Change

Ken Willard acquires Fred Boone’s share but retains the Boone & Willard name, preserving its established industry reputation.

1985

A New Generation

Fred Boone and Ken Willard establish Boone & Willard Plumbing, providing hydraulic services to the housing industry and low-density developments.

1990

Major Expansion

The company enters the high-rise residential and commercial construction space, becoming a major player in large-scale Australian projects.

2007

Expansion to QLD

Boone & Willard expands its footprint beyond New South Wales, establishing operations in Queensland as part of its strategic growth plan. This move enhances our ability to service clients across a broader geographic area and strengthens our position in the construction industry.

2020

Leadership Transition

After 50 years of dedicated service, Mike Willard retires from Boone & Willard, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and integrity. The company enters a new era under the leadership of Justin Geale, Robert Beldham-Collins, and Tim Willard. This transition marks a continued commitment to innovation, growth, and the values that have shaped the business since its founding.

Sydney Water Accreditation

Boone & Willard acquires Sydney Water accreditation marking a significant milestone in strategic growth. This achievement enabled Boone & Willard to expand its services into the civil and infrastructure sectors.
